Call Rob Shapiro at Gold Coast. I know him for over 30 years and have been going to him for my arm and knee. And will go again after my surgery next week. There is a much easier way to go rather than 110 to New York ave. take Jericho tpk to oak wood. Once ou get to NY Ave it 200 feet away. It cuts out ALL of New York ave. tell him I sent you.

I've been going to Winthrop Orthopedics in Minneloa for my knees. I'm a runner with IT band issues and they do a very good job to help that.

Stars PT. in East Meadow .... Or their new office on boundary Ave..... Have had four spine surgeries in the last 16 years and have gone to them after every one ... They are very good
