Memphis Motor Werks specializes in imports. http://www.memphismotorwerks.com/audi My only real recommendation is stay away from Brian Massey Imports on covington pike.

As others have said - Wolfsburg Automotive if it's a VW/Audi or Memphis Motorwerks for anything European.

I changed the oil on my car for the first time just a few months ago and it was quite fulfilling. I really suggest trying it out. I also put a fumoto valve on it so future oil changes will be super easy. http://www.qwikvalve.com No need to get ripped off by other people. All these other stores put cheap filters on the cars too.

Go to cartalk.com they're the guys on NPR radio. They have a mechanic files section with customer reviews. Memphis has a really reputable import car repair shop... cant think of the name, but it's "'something' imports"

I know the post has come up before and some like to agree to dis-agree and that is fine, but we have used them for many many years! Archer's is the best, if they can not do it they will tell you, if they do it and they think it is not their best, they will not charge you, if they say it will be done and it is not, they do their best to make it right.....
