Morristown Tailors 20 Morris st (used by a lot of the det stores in Short Hills) and if you need shoes or bags fixed go to Rago brothers, also in Morristown

Most of the local cleaners will do that too. Caroline cleaners in the Kings shopping plaza will do hems and take in pants, small stuff like that.
