Anza Borrego has nice dispersed desert camping. Will be sweltering right now, but perfect in a month or two.

The Anza Borrego spot is great for the winter.

I agree with /\ go South. Baja is a westfalia camping paradise. Check out www.ioverlander.com for tips from fellow campers. We use the app daily- just remember to update and contribute new tips and suggestions.

Valley Preparatory School has an EXCELLENT Summer Program with 2 two week sessions. You pay by the class (up to four a day) and there is daycare available afterwards .http://valleyprepredlands.org/life/summer-program/

Yucaipa Community Center has a great deal! I know its a bit out of the way for you, but worth it.

For younger kids, there's the Einstein Camp via the Boys n Girls club over on Clay & Lagonia in July 21-24 for $150. They go to a mansion and have science camp. Pretty neat. It's just $20 for the whole year to use the club itself. Also, have you checked out the camps up the mountain on Green Valley Lake Rd? One is Pondo http://www.pondo.org/ and the other I think is Calvary. These are Christian owned camps, if that matters to you.

Yucaipa Regional Park?

Check the County Regional Parks or State Parks. They are very reasonable and there are some beautiful places to camp. Where ever you want to go there are many located all around us. Locally Yucaipa is good and all of the mountain campgrounds. We have been camping for the last 3" years all over the state of California so check it out there are a lot of places to stay.

Joshua Tree about 2 hours away no reservations so beautiful. Jumbo Rock campground is my favorite.:-)

Check out the camp sites in the Santa Anas. Namely, Bluejay, San Jaun, and the Falcon Group Sites. They're off of Ortega Highway near Lake Elsinore.

Joshua Tree, Angeles Forest has hundreds of spots, same with san bernadino mountains. San Jacinto area.

how about a place that doesn't need reservations months in advance? I really want to go next weekend because i've got it off work, but every place i've tried is booked solid for months. anyone have any ideas? or want to go camping with me and my BF next weekend? I make a mean peach cobbler on the campfire! seriously though, we need friends.

State park in San Clemente. Look on Google Earth. Make sure the layer for the parks is checked. There are probably some good spots up in the mountains E & NE of San Berdo.

MT Baldy has a good campground & it's only an hour drive.

First of all, it depends on the camera model you have and what the error message is. You can have a number of issues going on. You can have a bad card. There are small pins in the camera that connect with the card, that can get damages easy. Dirt could have gotten in the card slot. if the memory card is corrupted, I hope she can find someone who can transfer it to a good one. I was able to get a corrupted flash drive transferred at Office Depot.

I'm sorry for your loss sir. You may want to check the app Groupon to see if they have any current deals on cooking classes. I got a discount for a class at Dhat Island once and learned a few of their recipes.
