Hi Sarah, this is Gary. I typically prefer not to make recommendations due to potentially getting caught in the middle of who knows what but, a family acquaintance named Kevin lander does plumbing, electrical among other abilities he comes with. Lol. Kevin has worked for years as an Electrician for JD Wiener. He is absolutely top notch in the trades I mentioned & does work on the side. I'll send his number after work today.
