Can anyone recommend a good chiropractor, that takes Cigna? Going on day 2 of really bad back pain, it's affecting my right leg really bad. Damn herniated and torn...

I don't, but maybe physical therapy. I am on the same boat. ...it super sucks. Physical therapist told me to work on these. http://www.backtrainer.com/Williams-Flexion-Versus-McKensie-Extension-Exercises-For-Low-Back-Pain.html

That was me last year, it got to the point that I couldn't even walk without pain. Went to see Dr. Carill in Doral (305) 477-7976, and thanks to him I'm pain free! He takes our insurance, but since the copayment is $70 each time; which gets a little expensive. He was awesome enough to say he would just charge me the $70 the first visit and $45 every visit after.
