Family Foot and Ankle care is amazing, as is Pediatric Orthopedic Associates. My daughter recently broke her elbow and needed surgery(she's 6) and we love them. You CAN try Dr. Nordstrom in Bridgewater. He is the best of the best, IMO. GOOD LUCK! I hope all works out!
