Thank you everyone for all of your help and concern!! I have an appt tomorrow afternoon with Dr. Carroccia. After I start that, I plan on asking if I can start yoga at least 1-2 times per week in addition to my normal exercise!! Have had an increase in headaches, very sore/painful neck and shoulder area. I hope this doesn't mean I am starting the aging process:( oh, btw the high heels also are petty much out:(:(
