Looking for a good affordable daycare for my 2yr old and my 12 month old. They used to go to Am2Pm but the owner is getting on my nerves.

Meridian Early Learning Center located at Jersey Shore hospital (Riverview too). There's a waiting list. Much cheaper than Goddard and nicer. They have a full-time nurse and feed your child lunch. Amazing place.
Jodi L. replied:
I have used AM2PM and Totsville for 7+ years!!! I have always been happy with how my children are treated... I am not sure y Raj pissed u off, but for 7 years, he has also pissed me off!!! I used to swipe my debit every Monday...it was perfect! THEN no cards...cash, check or swipe on the state? Why do the non payers or statepayers get more respect?

For both the 12 mo and 21/2 yr old to go to the same daycare, Spice Tree in Belford is the absolute best!!

Robert Wood or Jersey Shore. Agree don't go to Bayshore!
Perri H. replied:
Do not go to Monmouth for any cardio, they are not equipped for it! Robert Wood Johnson is the best for cardio and anything major...but Monmouth is good for pediatrics....Riverview has good cancer center and maternity but they are badly known for spreading infection in other areas of the hospital....Jersey shore is great for trauma...and I agree, do not go to bayshore!
Heather D. replied:
Depends on what you need. I would not recommend Jersey Shore for the maternity ward. But it's got a good rep for everything else.
Daycare recommendations that specifically have late hours. (I know i can search daycare posts but this is specific to LATE hour availability). Thank you!

My 2 go to The Lincroft Center for Children, so that would be my recommendation but I saw that you said that they're full! A Child's Place next door is supposed to be good too, but it's more preschool age... not sure how old your kids are. Learning Path Preschool is also supposed to be good and does daycare too, although hours are slightly less than TLC. The only place I've heard not so great reviews on is Teddy Bear. And if the Montessori you're referencing is on the Brookdale campus I would check that out.. I heard it was nice, it's just pretty new. There's also a Lincroft group on here ("Lincroft") but it's closed. If you can find it, request an add and lmk so I can accept you, or you can friend me if you'd want me to add you that way. Good luck!

First Disoveries II in Middletown. Amazing. Small homey daycare. I have a 4 yr old been there over 2 years. Dawn the director is great. Give her a call anytime. I have worked in many daycares and toured many. They don't have all the fancy useless stuff. They focus on the kids. Def check it out
Kristine G. replied:
My daughter was at Future Generation Academy for 3 years, from the time she was 2. Wonderful and warm staff, attentive administration. They have top notch lead teachers/caregivers who have been with them for many years. The place is clean, and when your little one is ready for preschool, you'll want to stay there because they really do so much educationally even at 3 years old. My daughter was reading at 4, and she was one of the youngest in the pre-K class.

So trying This again , got few Recommendations for learning Centers for 2 year Olds ..i called a few looking for a School like place not a daycare ; Thank you again !
Kirstin M. replied:
There are only a few preschools that I know of that have 2 year old programs (some places have 2 1/2 year old programs where the child has to be 2 1/2 by October). Little Chief Learning Station in Holmdel (on Middletown border), Mountain Hill (I think it is a 2 yr old program and not only for 2 1/2 yr olds) and St. Mary's (at least it used to have a program that started in January for 2 year olds). If you're looking for 2 1/2 year old programs, check out St Mary's, King of Kings, Learning Tree in Red Bank (coop school), St. Katherine's in Holmdel. My daughters were in the 2 yr old class at Little Chief and we loved it.
