Bryan at Richelle's Salon & Day Spa. He has a cool story like 20 years of experience? He interned in New York and has done many celebrity's hair. He charges about 70 for a partial weave (highlights) I think... and like $6 p for a cut. Not sure on color. But he's very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. The salon carries L'Oréal and uses their color. Good Luck:)
