Trevor at Monster Pest does not make you do a yearly contract. It is based on the size of your home and if you are doing interior, exterior, or both. Give him a call, he can probably ball park it for you. No pressure sales or anything like that. Local guy, right here in EMC.

We love Moxie Pest Control. (801) 255-0644 Tell them I sent you and they'll give you a discount. I am usually too cheap to pay someone else to do most things around the house. But I absolutely HATE spiders so that is something I have the professionals deal with. And they have been really good to come back and do a re-service if we ever see any pests between visits at no charge.
