Perry Opin is a pioneer in his profession and his son Gary Opin is also an oral surgeon who donates his time to help people who can't afford care. These two men are regarded nationally and worldwide. Milford families are fortunate to have them in our community!

Dr. Tartagni with Shoreline Dental Care on Cherry Street. My son, Connor, had traditional braces and I am just about done with Invisalign. Great dentist and office staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I am very happy with family orthodontics! We have Dr. Hamilton. They staff where amazing and explained everything to me and more importantly McKenna. McKenna was scared at first bc everything was new and she thought it was going to hurt, and the staff were kind, caring and explained everything to McKenna. She now loves to go!

All 3 of mine went/go to Milford Ortho. Staff is very friendly. I haven't met Dr. Timmeny yet (Morgan and Michael both have their braces off, so they are only going back for follow up checks every 3-6 months) but we have been very happy with care an d results. Big plus for me is the location. I do like Chestnut Dental (we go their for regular dental care), but when you have to go for those quick check-ups, I always found it easy to schedule right after school. For those with kids in sports/afterschool activities, you can get a 2 or 2:30 appointment and be back in time for sports, without having the kids miss any school. I haven't checked prices lately, but when I was researching ortho, Chestnut was a little more expensive. Good luck. Hope this helps.

I've been happy with Family Ortho. They even stopped my payments for a few months while O had her braces off while waiting for teeth to come in. I had gone across the street for first consult (is that Milford Ortho?). I felt like I was being majorly sold and just didn't get a good feeling plus Family Ortho came in at a slightly lower price and didn't demand so many teeth being pulled or the procedure to make her front teeth gap close.

4 th Hodgens is getting braces on Monday at Family Orthodontics. I tell them that I deserve my own chair over there. I love the convenience of location and they have been very good to us. My understanding is that Tara is right that they are both owne d by the same doc. From talking to other people it seems like Chestnut Dental has a completely different way of doing things. I can't cite exact examples but time in braces seems to be much shorter--not sure that is a good thing--especially if your kid will not wear retainers as face keeps growing! Just a thought...

Sam went to Family Ortho. and the other 3 are at Milford Ortho.. We were pretty happy at both, but have found Milford a little friendlier. Both doctors are very good at Milford.

Of course they did. Callie has had consultations, but she goes to Hopkinton Pediatric Dental for now. The ortho there is a awesome too. Matt only has a few months left in braces so then we will worry about Cal!

We went to Family Ortho for Andrew and liked it there. Staff is nice and usually don't have to wait long when you have an appt.

We went to Family orthodontics for Mark at an early age and they wanted to start with braces right away and a retainer for a high pallet. He still had his baby teeth in. We got a second opinion at Chestnut Dental in Franklin and they chuckled when we t old them what they had wanted to do at Family Dental. I felt they just wanted to sell us "procedures" that were not necessary. Mark now has a great set of teeth without any of the things Family Ortho wanted to do.
