It all depends where you’re coming out of and where you’re going into. That price seems pretty on par but college hunks aren’t the way to go.
I used to work at a moving company around here that catered to the more Top bill jobs. We moved countless Ravens and higher ups of Baltimore. We also did everything else. A job like yours if it were all the “easy conditions” would probably be around 600. That’s assuming you have extremely easy access (no real delay getting from the truck to the apartment both on the load and unload) you are moving nearby. We’re able to park close, and you’re completely ready.
I’ve moved a 1 bedroom apartment from tindeco wharf to canton and it was about half a 26ft truck of stuff and it cost about 700 something after truck fee and insurance. I’ve also moved someone from The Ritz to silopoint and it was over 2 grand for about half a truck. It’s all about time in the breakdown. Granted I was working for one of the more expensive companies

Go to Home Depot rent a truck for $15 bucks an hour and pay one or a few of those chaps standing around waiting for work to help out. Keep in mind if anything expensive breaks no insurance like the real moving companies. Also ask on Facebook and Nextdoor on neighborhood pages there’s local people that do just this on the side along with hauling junk.
