Thompson Home Inspection 478-451-9392 would be our suggestion. Cheers

I am and he's NOT my number one choice. But I've found issues of one kind or another will all of them over time. Seems they all miss something. But an entire rotted floor should have been caught. I loved Mike Denham when he was an inspector, but he sold his business and I've not found anyone near that good in the past 7 years since he did. And I used to use housemaster and then they closed the local office. What really needs to happen is they need to be state licensed (they are in most states) and have required classes like builders and agents, but sadly in GA anyone can just call themselves an inspector. Fred Savage is also a licensed contractor with experience and is insured.

I understand that a home inspector is not going to catch everything, but there was NO excuse for missing all the things that were missed. I would never recommend Thompson. Chuck Foy, when we bought our Woodstock home we used House Masters. They were good and have an office in Eatonton.
