Call Mary Urbano Allstate in Marlboro, she will bend over backwards to save you money . She has even called us mid policy some years to have us change things to save us additional money. I don't know any other agent that does that . Her customer service is second to none! Tell her I referred you. Has always helped us when the kids had accidents. this happened to me 2 years ago w/ AllState. I raised hell stating tear down & rebuild costs for total loss would be 1/2 of what they have me insured for & indicated that we don't have to replace the property, just the structure. They didn't have a good answer, but magically about 6 weeks later, I got a notice of a $400/year premium reduction without explanation. I'm now with NJ Manufacturers. They seem to be pretty transparent so far.
