Escambia and santa rosa community clinic does a sliding scale for appointments and I doubt it would be $80 to get the kids a physical - Also I recommend calling florida kid care and medicaid directly - the medicaid office number is 850-595-8200 - expla in to them the denial from the affordable care site and that you can't get the kids into school without a physical - also did the kids have a physical within the last year in Minnesota? IF they did the health department can transfer the minnesota forms to the florida forms for school
