Recommendations for physiotherapists in Tokyo? Can anybody recommend a physio to help treat back pain in Tokyo?

Usually you would get referred by a GP or a sports medicine specialist.

Currently sitting here with agonizing back pain. You would probably be better getting a doctor to look at your condition first. Going to a physio is a kind of treatment when you don't really know the cause e.g. slipped disc. I am planning to get an MRI done. My wife is a physio (sorry we live up north) and her treatment can help alleviate the symptoms but cannot tackle the exact cause so it is guesswork to an extent. Basically, rule out anything serious by going to a doctor. Alleviate acute symptoms with some form of therapy (e.g. physio, osteo). Then, improve the physical problems that are causing the pain e.g. mobility issues, lack of strength in the core, too much desk work etc
Does anyone know a good physical therapist? Pretty sure I just sprained my taint. Note to self: don't wear dress shoes in the snow and step on a metal construction...
