Joseph Dobbert - thanks for the info. I have a certain "distrust" of deals like this but I know Connie M. Beckers offers fabulous deals on glass classes through them, and I had a customer get a gutter cleaning Groupon that worked out great, so I'm opening my mind to them. It's too bad the up sell push was so strong - they might have had a way better rating.
