I've been going to nancy at the nappanee spinal adjustment center for about 20 yrs. She's good and isn't expensive. 574-773-4174. Walk-ins are in the morning most days and appt only in the afternoon.

A good chiropractor helps me a lot, but there are good ones and not so good. So, check them out. Looks like you've had some good recommendations from Diana and RaeAnn. Massage therapy is a good thing to add, too.

Dr Bolton is fantastic, and does x-rays after consulting with you. He also has a roller bar table that massages all of your back. Awesome. Him and his wife that runs the office are fantastic

I go to Dr" Jeff Bolton. I had never been before but was in such pain that I could not walk. He is in Niles on Yankee Street going out towards the highway. I started going to him about 5 years ago.

Chiropractic care is the only reason I'm able to function these days. I have a bulging disk in my neck currently, and "regular" doctors merely wanted to give me pain pills to the tune of 6+ vicodin per day. Dr. Kaurich actually wants to fix the problem, not put a band-aid over it, so to speak. And while I'm not 100% back to normal, I'm much closer than I would have been had it not been for chiropractic care. So I'm an advocate!
