if you want your brit on time, then don't use Shai, because he does like 10 every morning. but if you're flexible on time, I've heard only good things. Also, the singing Mohel (whose name escapes me...). (We used Daniel Kaszovitz.)

I too have to recommend Shai Oved. He is the Mohel for all the Hadassah doctors. He was fantastic. Yotam didn't cry.

I have also heard only good about shai oved. Also, http://www.brithdoc.com/?lang=en he's a friend's husband and an MD if that's impt to you and he's in the merkaz area. Have never actually been at a ceremony he performed though (for sake of full disclosure)
