I think Meir Adoni's kosher restaurant in Tel Aviv is dairy. The Herbert Samuel in Herzlia (marina) is meat and fish. It is Chef Yonatan Roshfeld's kosher restaurant.

Sarah MSG is naturally found in tomatoes, potatoes, mushrooms, and a bunch of other fruits and veg, and parmesan!

Also soy beans. Avoiding MSG is difficult, but that's also lucky because you need glutamate to live.
