He went to a dentist in NOLA today, recommended by his home dentist, that passed on the root canal and recommended a specialist. I called Mark Chaney's office and his receptionist said he usually refers root canals to Dr. Archer who I couldn't find on line and isn't in network for our insurance. I'll keep looking, but my son may just have to drive home for a root canal before classes start. Thanks for the suggestions anyway!

Thanks everyone! After checking my insurance, none of the oral surgeons you posted and my son's orthodontist recommended are in my network..so frustrating! So I call their pediatric dentist and they referred me to Dr. Sussman, who is in my plan. Luckily he has offices in Old Bridge and Freehold.
