cox door 704.821.8898. They were just fixing my neighbors door for this very thing last Thursday. Also, they will check with the manufacture for their warranty. This would be completely separate of your installation company. Cox installed most doors in our hood 6 - 7 years ago. They have never failed us.

It's a good source.
