So I had Keystone Contracting come out since the above references were not reachable. The guys charged me $250 and said it's the flashing around my chimney that is causing it. They got on the roof and put some sort of solution around the chimney and said it'll last through the hurricane but that, I must get the roof repaired soon after. My insurance people said the earliest they could come out is Tuesday! I don't understand how it works with insurance. They will pay for damages caused but not come by any sooner because they don't have appointments available. Thank God it's not a big emergency.
