Heidi, you can log onto the WA state Bar Association website (www.wsba.org) and select the Attorney Directory listing in the upper left corner. Select the city you'd like to have the attorney located and select their specialty from the drop down menu. You can also call the Snohomish Bar assn. (sorry I don't have that number off the top of my head) and ask if they have any attorneys on their referral list that do that line of work.

If you're low on cash, first try CLEAR (which you can find on either the wsba.org website or the snohomish bar association website. There is also a Moderate Means section of the bar association that is available for you if you make too much money to qualify for no cost assistance.
