Do not use Prudential Monroeville! We bought a house from one of their realtors, Liz Bires. It was one lie after another after another. She almost lost the sale for her seller on numerous occasions because of their tangled web of lies. Luckily, I have a legal background and knowledgeable friends and was able to outsmart her and her lies, but it was really scary at times. We used Paul Kostick of Keller Williams and he was great. He was quick to respond to our calls and emails. His office is east of the city, and I'm not sure what areas he reaches, but if he can't do it, he'll know someone in KW that can. Good luck!
