I have a wonderful trainer who works out of the matador performance gym in east Pasadena - you would have to go there to meet him but it's worth it. I know he works with clients of all ages. Very patient and will adjust to your level. Santos Frias -626-941-4905. He will give you a free session to try it out and see if it feels like a good fit for you.
