I use Soft Scrub with bleach. Works great using a grout brush. Takes lots of time, but really works Well.

We do floors and grout cleaning Clean Sweep 281-515-6130 local- insured-bonded. Mix 1/2 c baking soda 1/4 c vinager 1/3 c concentrated lemon juice 7 c water mix in a spray bottle and spray on grout and scrub with brush

Careful of abrasives that cause damage to the grout and tile, Clean Sweep can strip and reseal ceramic tile and grout floors.

https://www.facebook.com/emshomeremodeling First dampen the area good with a wet sponge, sprinkle baking soda over area (we use empty spice jar), let sit for a minute or two, brush with a nylon brush, wipe dry. Do entire room, go back to original spot, brush 1 part vinegar, 1 part lemon juice, 1 part water, wipe dry. Most companies charge from $0.40-&0.90 a sqft. We use Clean Sweep cleaning services in Mont Belvieu.
