Chicken Peri-Peri and a Dao redwine! Just outside of Vale de Lobo. The Peri-Peri Palace!!!!

Martin, go to Julia's on the Beach for lunch neat Val do Lobo, Fairways on Sunday night in the marina Vilamoura ( you can watch the final round of the Honda while you eat ), chicken Piri Piri at Palacio Chicken in Bolequim ( king prawns for starter, tomato onion salad and Chicken Piri Piri hot and spicy, it's awesome ) and Abroa near the Irish pub is also good.
