I have a Family Fitness Night in February. I'm at a K-2 school. Station format in the gym & classrooms - yoga, dance, Wii fit running, parachute, snack/nutrition, jump ropes, jujitsu or Tae Kwan do, local speed skating club, fitness dice, obstacle course, beanbag toss, etc. Volunteers from the community and some teachers. We have about an 80% participation rate from families.
