I use Home Team for termite and regular pest service. They are very responsive and come right out if I see so much as an ant in between treatments. Research the termite guarantees with small companies. Damage can be costly.

Recently I’ve been using HomeTeam Pest Control because they cost less, but I much prefer Chet’s Pest Control, hands down. I use them at my old house which I”m now renting because I obtained the pricing 5 years back. They don’t raise their rates hardly ever once you’re locked in but their quote seemed a bit higher than HomeTeam. I’ve been with HT about a year now though and I have to tell you I’m considering switching to Chet’s and paying the extra bill. I hate roaches! And the HomeTeam quarterly service as apposed to Chet’s every other month service, doesn’t seem to be often enough.

We had Orkin out to treat our ants in 2013 and they had to come back, and back, and back because they couldn't remove them. My in-laws were using a different pest control company that doesn't serve this area, but gave us a sample of what they use to us to try. It was this stuff, and it's fantastic! I ordered more of it online from the link above, and spray twice per year, but we've been ant-free for four years now.

I should add, that first year (2012), I also used these baits outside where I knew there were heavy infestations: http://www.domyownpestcontrol.com/advance-carpenter-ant-bait-p-173.html The combination has kept us ant free since. The 3/4 gallon Talstar lasted us from 2012 until this season (I just reordered it last month), so the investment is so small... it can't hurt to try it.
