Leanne Waller-Trupp, I am the owner of Amplify Salon and Spa. Not sure where you received your information about me or our business. Over the last 3-4 years we have had 9-10 employees have babies. We LOVE babies!!! We always throw them a baby shower (each and every one of them), we work their schedule around their health (part-time if needed), we allow them to take as much time as they need for maternity leave and allow them to come back part-time if needed. Some have decided to be stay at home moms and we fully support their decision. Some come back part-time. Some come back full-time. We have ALWAYS allowed our employees to work out a schedule to be able to pump if needed. Currently, we have an employee who pumps twice a day. No problem!
