Whomever you choose, make sure it's not Grizzly. We had the worst service from them year after year. We switched to Bo Pelouse and they were way more reliable. Year after year Grizzly would say "under new ownership" but nothing ever changed. Be warned.

I think that this has been answered before and I do agree, find out who your neighbours are using the more the better the results. They always seem to be the first to come on our street, are patient when we scramble to get our cars out of the driveway. Their drivers are always courteous and their phone lines are always open. Ricks all the way no complaint ever.

So I have an update for anyone interested in walk and stairs shoveling service in Notre Dame d'ile Perrot for themselves or their elderly parents: 1. Payagasitement de L'Ouest never returned my call so it's unknown for their services. 2. BB Lawn and snow are in Dorval so do not offer the service so far out. 3. GT Snow do offer this but only if you take a service contract for driveway snow removal as well. My folks already have a contract in place so maybe next year. 4. Syljack does not offer the service. 5. Mongrain does not offer the service. 6. Through a series of phone calls, redirection and referrals to other organizations, I managed to find a volunteer group who will take ad-hoc requests at $27.50 per hour, minimum 1hr. It's for the elderly so your parents must both be over 65 to qualify. I my case I'll use the volunteer group for major snowfalls this year and look at GT Snow for my parents for next year.
