Janelle B. replied:
depends on what your condition is Alice Whittaker. Some people initially need that to help their condition, but the more you change your diet and lifestyle, the less you need supplements. I personally use minimal supplementing with my clients, but it means you need to work harder to get results, but then it is teaching you how to look after yourself which is my aim. I want people to take control of their own health, not rely on me to give them a stack of supplements
Can any one on the Sunshine Coast recommend a naturopath. I'm looking for some help with an ongoing problem for Dominic. Thanks

Meier Clinic on Kiels mountain road is good - they are trained in a range of therapies so apply the most suitable for each situation. I haven't been there for ages though and it's a bit of a drive but it was good when I went....
Can anyone help? Need a good gp and naturopath to take dad to on southern goldy/tweed area. Xx
Monique O. replied:
Yes- my naturopath Sarah franklin she's at Kirra- her speciality is patients with cancer/chemo/radiation- I have mentioned your dad to her she is good and I like it cause everytime you go you get a live blood analysis done with the consult- if you decide to go with her let me know I should be able to get him in- she has a long waiting list- and sorry don't see a gp but I have heard Dr Mal Shin at 19 th ave medical centre is good-
