Don't use lighthouse fitness at 10 gym. Worst company ever. $240/mo to meet with a trainer once a week for an hour while they sit on their phones and just nod when you ask if you're doing it right -_-

I go to a gym in norman, [ground zero crossfit](http://www.gzcrossfit.com). it maybe worth checking out.
