Inkognito in Regina Artist's name is Tree. He is great and knows what he is doing. He has been tattooing for over 30 years. He doesn't screw people over with outlandish quotes and does really nice pieces of art:-) He never has a year waiting list, he hates that. The most that he will book is two months in advance no more than that. So the wait time is alot less. He is very personable and kind and talented! He has a face book page called Inkognito Tattoos.
