Advanced Heating is the only place I will ever use in the future. I had someone come to my house that I found through this page. Paid a bunch of money for his time and parts and he couldn't fix it. He said he had lots of experience. Advanced Heating and Air came out and got it fixed up for me fast.

A Service Call with no charge huh...??? OK, ask the service guy to clock out while he drives the new service truck to your home...when he stops for gasoline, tell the cashier that the ten gallons of gas are on the house...because its a Free Service call... Do that 100 times and you are out of business.

I was just blessed with good news about my dryer. I called around for estimates on the different places. They wanted $65-$79 just to come look, PLUS labor and cost of the part. When did they start charging both for the trip charge plus labor? Well, D&D asked if I was sure it was the heating element, and I was a little insulted at first thinking I was going to be talked into all sorts of other parts. Man, am I red faced ashamed now! haha She asked me some questions, and it gave me an idea about the breaker maybe being only partly on since there are 2 of them on a 220 circuit. I just had a whole house generator installed and new electric hot water tank, so they were messing with all the stuff on the panel. One of the ones for the dryer was only part way switched on, and soon as my aid reset it and i tried the dryer, thank God it worked.! I was so happy. I called her back to ask if anyone had told her they loved her today yet? haha I am so appreciative of this from her at Double D Appliance.
