Cats dont like sound of aluminum foil. Try putting a piece down on carpet where she usually goes. Or Natures Miracle Spray works good to.

There is also a powder (I think by the same makers of the cat attract litter) that you mix with your current litter. Used to be able to get it at Petsmart but I haven't seen it there lately. Could probably get it online. It's called Dr. Elsey's Precious Cat Litter Attractant. I used it when I was having the same problem with my cat. Worked like a charm. Then just gradually stopped using it.

Talk to your vet. It could be she's afraid of the litter box because she associates it with painful urination. Or there might be another problem. I'm sure the vets at Rescued Hearts could help.
