I used Deputy Duct. They came in with a camera like thingie and actually showed me the problem areas before and after. Did a great job and technician was very nice and efficient. You need to know they are not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Ph. 309-383-2164

Hawk Air Duct Cleaning did ours last fall after we remodeled our house. They did a fabulous job! Had me watch during certain parts so I could see everything they were sucking out...it was pretty neat! And gross! Lol. The cost is dependent on the size of house I believe. I would highly recommend them though, they did great work and were extremely nice guys!
