Very reliable and will come out and check on things when you need them too.... Not to mention that I live in Galesburg.... So they are great!!

You might just need some more freon (or whatever today's stuff is called) in you system. Any good heating & cooling company should be able to check that. Might try calling Grimm's Heating & Cooling or another local HVAC
