We were also dropped from State Farm because of hail claims. We are now with Matt Wiegand in Eureka with West Bend insurance. They are very easy to work with!

Same thing happened to us. Hadn’t made a claim in almost 25 years, then had two claims in a little over a year and they dropped us. We switched to Farmers but have to pay obscenely high rates for the next 3 years. Will never use State Farm again.

This may sound funny but decades ago after a bad marriage, I needed auto insurance and I went to Terry Woith now PLR. They hooked me up with a small company out of Wisconsin. Badger Mutual. Now I have three insured on 3 autos and home insurance with them. They paid for our cars and my new roof and siding. They have always been great at paying. I've been their loyal customer since State Farm and before that Pekin Insurance dropped us, since 1999.

After my family doctor retired I decided to get established with Dr. Doering since he's so close to home (my other family doc was in Bartonville). I've seen him 2 or 3 times and I'm personally not at all a fan and I'm looking again for a new family doctor. You may love him but I myself will not be going back to him. I won't go into details because I don't want to trash talk but you asked for opinions/feedback. My mother who also attempted to get established with him felt the same. Anyway! Leah Dobbins I have heard great things about. She actually did her residency where I work so I'm familiar with her on a business/professional level and not a patient level but she's very nice so I'm considering transferring my care to her.
