All relevant points. Jim and Jacks too small. One more Pub food questionable and really isn't a bar, it's a restaurant with TV's and no real music sense. John Bull - BORING. Tap and Barrel is a dungeon with crazy load music. Giomes is closed.

Probka bar. I went there a couple times only but they definitely had the decibels under control and some 90 s music. Decent snacks and beer. I know and like many of the aforementioned places, each of which have a specific quality for a certain occasion, but, to meet your, very particular, demands, I would also recommend Plotnikov Pub

Sir John Bull Bull pub at Smolenskaya is pretty nice. Like a very British style pub with good beers on tap and decent food. The beers they had on tap were like classic British beers.

Tipsy Pub at Novoslobodskaya has solid beer, and their burgers are top notch. It's about a five minute walk from the metro, and I do like it for its accessibility and coziness.

Imagine Cafe is good and has live music almost every night and you also might want to check out rhythm and blues cafe. Weekends are more lively for the music scene to start check out Tap & Barrel or the Blacksmith pub

If you want someplace with good beer and a very relaxing atmosphere, I suggest Conor Mac Nessa in Profsoyuznaya. It can be slightly expensive, but the food is delicious and the beer is real.

I now amazing band,they play The Doors, Led Zeppeling etc. They are called Rocking Sun. Another cool guys are Jeans n Roses - guns n roses cover band. Usually I don't like cover bands, but they are really good!:) Is it volunteering or band is gonna be paid somehow?
