I have an almost 9 yr old granddaughter who loves horses and wants to learn to ride. Can anyone recommend a friendly, nice, and reasonable place in and around Mt...

Daybreak Riding Academy can be found on FB - English Saddle seat. https://www.facebook.com/DaybreakRidingAcademy. Talk to Tricia. My daughter has been riding there for about a year and a half. Very reasonably priced.

Alyssa Head is the girl to go too for Lessons at Rock Bottom they have a indoor and outdoor arena, trails, and Rock Bottom has Saddle Club in the Fall too. I 200% recommend Alyssa Head. She does Western and English.
Jennifer F. replied:
200% agree with you Ashley White Bundy. I've known Alyssa Head 6 yrs and I've seen her ride too Rock Bottom is the safest place to have your grandkids.

My daughter goes to Alyssa Head at rock bottom stables. She is the best !!!!!!!! And she is not 50.00!!! It depends on your childs age and stage of riding. If you would like her contact information i would be happy to pm it to you!
Angell Hoyt is the most caring with her students she is best in town

We love Zana Lauer! She is patient and won't push your child to do more than she is ready for and won't put your child on a horse she can't control. Very reasonable rates. Great confidence builder. My daughters are 5 & 6 and think Zana hung the moon
PLEASE HELP! Can anyone suggest wildlife or exotic animal volunteer opportunities?
Are there any local sanctuaries, preserves, rehab centers, farms, wildlife education...
