We just started with Alterra and are very pleased with it. We had a terrible ant problem and now I don't see any. They use natural products. I asked if my kids and my theoretical pets could roll around in the spray they put out and they said while they prefer it to dry for at least an hour, it was perfectly safe for kids and pets to roll around in it (not that I would actually let my kids do that). They also guarantee against mice. They come for one initial visit and then come one month later (because no pest spray can penetrate insect eggs). Then they come quarterly. Their number is 615/331-7378. Mention my name and we both get $30 off our next visit. We have been with them for 2 months.

Had All-American Pest Control out last for week for a problem. Thought it was a little expensive at first - but it was worth it. Problem solved almost immediately. As Sherri pointed out, they will come out in between sprays if needed. Very professional.
