not that I'm any kinda expert, but I've needed lawyers on a few occasions in life, mainly biz & Corp. law but I whole heartedly agree with Holly on both counts, do NOT let the insurance Co.s handle it, it's the "good old boy" network. they're all in it together just like the Mob. AND... attorneys do a LOT more work than you can imagine & they do it every day. as the saying goes "the man who represents himself has a fool for a client."

Now I know your story also Denise, wow we're two peas in a pod. I've had three neck surgeries and the last one was just four weeks ago. They were able to stabilize my neck but still have a lot of pain down my left side. Gotta love the stupidity of other drivers, oh well is what it is and can't let the anger run my life. Jim just trying to watch for your well being. If you can seriously go to the UW spin clinic and see Dr. Bransford or Dr. Chapman they are truly the best and won't jerk you around nor are they knife happy.

Volunteer attorneys will be available to answer legal questions and provide advice and referrals regarding bankruptcy, civil and criminal issues, divorce, child custody, domestic violence, landlord-tenant, wills and trusts elder law and immigration at no cost. Spanish interpreters will be available. There will also be a Divorce Seminar held at the Superior Courthouse in Hearing Room C at 2:00 pm. This event is a walk-in clinic.
