Alicia White, "speaker branding" has only 10 searches per month on average. HOWEVER, "branding yourself" has 2900 searches and LOW competition!

Marla Richter, "air conditioning" gets approx 22,000 searches per month, but it so generalized, it has high competition and suggested bidding is at $15.57 per click. The problem with a geographically specific service trying to rank for a general term means you'd get found by everyone from here to Timbuktu-- IF you ranked for it (but you'd need a gigantic budget to do it..) However, there are some VERY promising alternatives that I'm about to post for you.
