Thanks so much Deepa, Jyoti, Sriram, Salil, Rupa, Pradeep. I didn't consult an ortho at GN, Narendra. Went there through my GP. When my pain got worse, the head of the Physio dept, Dr Sachin if I remember rightly, asked me to go to an orthopaedic doc so I consulted Dr Garude at Leelavati. Right now am even trying acupuncture! But everything only seems to increase the pain. Which ortho did you consult at GN?

Tks Narendra. I did go to Guru Nanak Hospital initially. They said they'd start physio after the diathermy lessened the pain; unfortunately five sesssions of diathermy only made it worse so I quit going.

My all time fav is Hemakshi Basu. Next to my 10 th rd house in juhu. She is the best but exp. Don't go to Prakruti or Kokila hospital. Don't like those physios. Nanavati is good too. You know how many times I hv got injured.
