there is a product called 'seam grip' (from outdoor shops) here, but the price is pretty much the same. on manteuffel str (besides milchbar) is my favorite shoemaker, but not all shoes can be resoled.

There are stores called Mr Minit. They do shoe inlays too. Maybe they glue the shoes. Otherwise Google for "Schuhmacher" (linke the race driver dude)
