Jessica Martin we are going through signet. Our construction loan is 80/20. We're doing a 40×50 pole barn house all our quotes came in right at 54,800 final cost for all the land work and materials labor etc, thst gave us a $16,000 down payment. Just to give you an idea of what to look for..my but of course our prices are based off the appraised vaule of the building cost and land work. So your figures will be different. our loan is 80/20. Pretty sure that's standard construction loan for our bank.
