Two of my neurologists have said butterbur. 75 mg three times a day and make sure it is certified. I buy mine from Vitacost.com. Also my acupuncturist was a great help. Try a couple different ones to see who you feel most comfortable with. I loved mine in Pittsburgh but when I moved to the south I didn't like the ones here. Good luck and hope it works. I have migraines almost daily plus try a chiropractor too.

I take Belergal first sign of period. Got that rx when I came out of Diamond Headache Hospital. Botox cuts it in half, yes mine is only associated since *birth of kids and now my periods. FML. Sux. Sorry I'm there!
